US traveling through UK covid restrictions

I am traveling to Greece next week and have a 17hr layover in London. My partner is not vaccinated for a genetic health reasons. Can we leave the airport during our layover if we have negative covid tests? The info online is mixed. Thank you!

I am EOR on a number of structures in development, I manage EITs and Drafters (within projects; I'm not a supervisor), and am doing a lot in general. I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?
