Is anyone else returning to fully in person learning? We have been hybrid/synchronous since September, which has been very hard and not very effective. I'm new to marketing and I am not formally educated in it. I have just been learning through experience with the business. I'm supposed to put together a Market report for our sales team to refer to but I have been stuck on what I even include. I have an expensive subscription to a reporting database and I am supposed to translate these technical reports into 20-30 slides. I can't figure out if I am overthinking something simple or lacking some knowledge that people formally learn in school.
