I love it. Just be careful, it was a gateway purchase for me. I’m now fully committed to the brand and just bought a Corralle straightener.

same for me except i had the hair dryer first and now i own the air wrap and a vacuum...lmao

All hype. Curls donot hold up for long. I have very thin hair and have been losing so decided to buy the bundle kit. No changes to hair fall

like

(had the same issue and mine turned out to be pcos)

Love mine! It’s easy to use and holds well. I have very straight, fine hair that is lifeless.

like

I do too!! super straight, fine and thin so I'm willing to spend the money if it's worth it.. it's hard to make my hair look good

like

i have 2c/3a curly/wavy hair. doesn’t replace my dyson hairdryer (will continue to need that to get the roots smooth) but absolutely replaces a curling iron and is a ton easier to use. buy it during a sephora sale.

like

there’s just nothing in the full kit that replaces the concentrator nozzle on the hairdryer. Might be diff for naturally straighter hair types though

Absolutely amazing

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. Now HR is restarting my ET as a new employee. I realize I left, but not on bad terms and I am an exemplar and respected employee. I thought I’d have the upper hand with the nursing shortage but I’m getting the “rules are rules” response. Help!?!

I really feel like I should be excused from this "diversity and inclusiveness" training stuff lmao. It's about implicit bias and I'm sorry it's just not believable coming from an old white man's mouth when there are maybe 4 non-white associates. We're having these meetings 3 times this week. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Hi all! Looking for some advice please!
I am looking to stir my career into a Project Management role. I have some work experience in managing IT Projects but don't have the title. Is working towards a PMP Certificate worth investing time and money in worth it or should I just apply for a PM role?
Thank you in advance!

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Yet again no luck whatsoever, just finding jobs as budtenders or running a dispensary. Does anyone know where I can find research-based cannabis jobs? I have a degree in horticulture with lab experience.

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition. Any advice would be appreciated!

Rant: my boyfriend is so annoying with this diet! I GET IT. You want to eat healthy! But when you have your friends at our place every other weekend they order pizza and you devour most of 2 boxes! But when I want pizza or wings or burgers I have to hear a whole spiel. “Can we pick something healthier?” “You can order ___ but can I choose something else on the menu?” “I don’t knowwww” like MY GOD. Then if I order something for me he wants half or bites! Sick of it!!!

I’m interested in pursuing cosmetic dermatology (possible Botox and laser treatment) for the first time. I’ve done a ton of research and the derm I’m most interested in going to charges a $150 consult fee but does NOT apply that cost to any treatments you get, whereas from my research it seems like derms in my city usually do apply the consult fee to the treatments. Would you pass on her due to that additional cost, or consider it worth it to see the derm you want to see?
