Entry level Manager salary range in IFS?

I am inquiring about a patient account coordinators salary. It seems I am asking way above average salary due to current position and experience I bring as well as education. Can someone give a number for this position and suggestions for negotiating pay to make what I’m worth.

If I'm offered pre-IPO equity at $x amount based on the last round of funding, and then an IPO values the company at 25% more, is that equity automatically with 25% more or is it not that simple?

Obviously understand that stock value will fluctuate.

This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
