Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

if you already have consulting experience, epic won’t hire you as a PM. they want to mold you according to their philosophy and training, and they want people with as little conflicting experience as possible. that’s a main reason they hire so heavily right out of college.
of course, you may be able to get work at an epic client or consulting firm that does epic work, however. i will say that the market is abysmal right now, so you are probably going to be up against people with more experience than you.
^ this. They actively dislike you if not coming from undergrad or grad
Varies widely. You start at 60k (65k if you have a master's) no matter your other experience.
Raises come fast though and bonuses are high. 10-20k raise the second year. By year three, probably cracking 6 figures.
High burnout and very transient culture for the roles. Highly dependent on your team and project.
But after you get out, the skill set has a high market value. And the people and campus are awesome.
Super interesting work but expect them to own you
Wasn’t looking to go from six figures back to ~60 but appreciate the insight. They start everyone there regardless of yoe? Odd
I will also say that living in Madison and traveling w expenses paid all the time, you end up saving more than a 6 figures earner in a HCOL city. I think I paid $500/month for housing. Everything is cheaper
