I haven’t seen posts that spell out what can be said instead of *insert offensive language here* because it’s just never that simple. BUT I do think this Instagram @teachandtransform has a lot of great nuggets. It’s run by an educator based in LA who teaches students (and us adults) about biases and how that relates to race. This is one of her posts that relates to your question. Definitely recommend

FWIW, I think in the advertising world there should be a greater effort to have a diverse staff FT vs. hiring contractors strictly for the purpose of making potential clients and investors happy. 🤷
