Ever feel like this in Business Affairs? Teams don’t invite you to meetings or Zoom happy hours because you work on so many accounts no team really identifies with you? Your agency keeps chopping BA. (Until there’s a SAG claim and then everyone knows exactly who you are)

Anyone here a sailor?
Can someone give me a new job pls thx
🙋🏻♀️ some of our accounts are getting better (but it also took me telling them how hurt my BA managers were for not being included...so honestly it’s just my managers getting invited to happy hours/team building events, but to be honest I don’t care if I’m excluded as long as it’s not an important work meeting/creative review). I also had to recently fight not to lay off yet another person on my team by reminding them how so far we haven’t been sued for a reason, which got to our CFO and he changed his mind at the eleventh hour to save my team. 🤦🏻♀️
Totally agree. Your team is lucky to have you!
