Ever since moving to Nigeria from Europe, I've gotten a lot of rejections from recruiters citing my location as a reason.
I have constant power as I live in a good location, two back-up power generators, and very good fibre optics internet with a speed of 90mbs.

I can and have proven all this so my questions are;
1) What advise could you offer for me to get a better chance at getting recruited?
2) Is it advisable to change my location to my previous country of residence?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

After two rounds of interviews, agency recruiter asks when I can start. Then asks what salary I’m looking for. Then silence 👻 I followed up last Friday. When should I follow up again?
