My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. I worked in the same org for 5.5years and switched in march 2022. I was not allocated a project for 3 months hence changed the org and joined new in July 2022. Now its been 4 months and I am on bench here too with no project proposals coming in. Will it be a good option to go for another switch in comparatively secured organization considering current recession?

It’s time to recognize the agencies who have — and have not — made any sort of pledge or progress in support of BLM.

It’s important to remember the people who help you. It’s important to reach out to those people and thank them for helping you get a freelance gig or whatever it may be. Even if it didn’t work out. And it’s also important to remember the people you do help who show no sign of gratitude. Along with those who never return the favor.
