Everyday half my energy goes into explaining the incompetent manager explaining project. He didn't write single line of code whole life.
Everyday he asks me about dates he committed to client.
Those dates were not discussed with me at all.
I never seen such incompetent management in previous organizations i worked with.
How these people became even manager.
At least manager aware about what technology we are working and scope of the project.
Do everyone feel same like this?

Need a small suggestion. I got selected for HCL technologies and after 2 months they have sent me an email stating the offer is on hold because of some technical issues, when I had a word with HR she told me that the project went on hold.
