I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

My experience was that Indians who are making it to consulting are often crème de la creme: extremely talented and hard working. My hypo is that it’s because the Indian market is both huge and hyper competitive. So, the top 1% of 1% of 1% make it to USA consulting. Being talented and hard working and humble, the success rate is high. Having a growing Indian community of successful executives provides and tailwind for building business connections. I also found immigrants in general, and Indians in particular to be adaptive to cultural peculiarities.
Never heard someone say “I love my boss” especially in a high pressure environment. Add the non-American aspect and it’s a perfect example.

Also most of the CEOs in tech are not Indian. I’m unsure how you got to this conclusion.
