Everyone- politics and colorism aside- what is the consensus in hiring foreign talent (including INDIANS) in consulting? If there are foreigners in this bowl, how are you planning an exit from consulting. What is the general vibe ? Do immigrants face any hurdles in consulting in the long run? I know in the medical field immigrants are dominating and even in the tech field where most of the CEOs are Indian.

Hey folks, I just want to know how to identify by seeing an offer letter of TCS, is it a C2H or Parament position ?

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

Currently is a clinical psychologist seeing about 20 ppl/week for 120-130 dollars a person (she currently takes insurance). IMO this limits her overall earning potential.
