Hello Partners, need some advice. Me 20 yoe, MBA & MS from t20, was a senior manager (associate partner) at B4 for 6 years, in an internal role (e.g EY CBS/ PWC IFS etc) and didn't have a path to partnership, so left b4 & joined large tech (eg. oracle, IBM, Microsoft etc), at a senior director level. Was there for a few years, and now joined FAANG recently in an IC role. $450K TC. I still can't stop thinking about becoming a Partner at B4 or MBB. In mid-40s. Is the PPMD grass greener than FAANG

I’m on the third rd of interviews for a Relationship Banker position and have 7 years Military leadership experience, 7 years sales which include 3 years mortgage lending. One year left to complete my MBA. Should I make the move or stay where I’m at? And what is the typical salary and commission to be expected on the offer letter? Any information would be great.

Hello Accountants, I have a question. I have enough credits for the CPA exam, but before I realized that I was aiming for a Master in Accounting and got accepted in my school 5 year program for that purpose. Is there any benefit of getting said master? Or should I focus on passing the CPA exam instead? I just finished my first tax internship and everybody said that the CPA was unavoidable but nobody talked about any benefit of getting a master whatsoever. What do you guys think?
Advice from the experienced folks. Can you please suggest some Masters programs (except MBA) that your firms target? I work in HR Tech from USDC but wish to accelerate/improve my career.

Question for my fellow young professionals, especially those with an MBA. I have minimal professional experience, spent 5 years in the Marine Corps before starting college, getting my bachelors degree, and starting in a Product role. Now I have only 1 year experience but just obtained my MBA. Should my graduate degree help me get more money and should I ask or is it mainly based off professional experience? I make around $68k but always see $100k positions, especially for MBAs
