Currently work at an ID firm (2nd year) and realizing that litigation (arguing motions, taking depositions, etc) maybe not be for me. Anyone in a similar boat and successfully transitioned either to in house or corporate without having the requisite experience many jobs require?

It’s Friday night at midnight and I just got out of work. I am new to FPP defense. So far it’s soul crushing. I feel like a robot just doing the same pattern pleadings and discovery over and over. If I try to be creative or ask questions I get the response that I should not recreate the wheel… basically just cut and paste. My brain feels like it’s going to rot doing this work. I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. Hi All, newbie here to real estate investing. I have a primary with about $180k in equity and want to A) Get a larger primary in about 12 months and B) Acquire a cash flowing rental asap. Would you try to cash out refi and buy an investment property now; cash out and rent out your current place and buy a new primary or sell your current place and try to get buy a small investment and a new primary?
