I recently started giving interviews and was able to crack 4 companies. Currently holding an offer of 10.2 from CTS. Waiting for an offer from Capgemini (12Lpa promised). HR pending for LTI and Citius Tech. How should I go for negotiation to get maximum. This is my first switch and I would really appreciate some guidance. Less than 20 days of notice period is remaining.

I have completed three rounds at PepsiCo , two technical rounds and HR round, it’s been a week and talent acquisition team says offer letter is pending with HR team, any reasons?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike.
