all those who have joinings in coming months in Tcs, think twice before joining. i m itself a victim. forcefull wfo is the worst kind of thing here, no shift flexibility nothing, all project ppl asking 5 days- 9 hrs whichever I got call from....i bet if you have any other counter offers- better go with that. its been 7 months i joined & i resigned!

Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? Obviously way more than I'd make if I stayed at KPMG for busy season.

When she does good work or something I’ve asked her to do, I, of course, say “thank you!” I don’t really expect a response. She always replies “you’re welcome!” Or some variation. I joined PwC AC 4 months back and now I have recieved a job offer form the current client I am working in PwC.
Will there be a conflict of interest if I join the client company? If so after how many months of resigning from PwC can I work for the client company?
I checked my offer letter and no where they have mentioned about the conflict of interest policy.
