I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

Any input on employers is appreciated!

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Need advice. Top performer. Team members have been leaving and I have a stupid amount of responsibilities. I’m not complaining about that but some were very swiftly transitioned while I was dealing with other work streams. TLDR: I am super burnt out and am one of two people who does any technical work.
