We want this globally 🤣🙏🏼

Just 25 days left in my Notice Period. I am holding an offer for 29 fixed, but looking for something better.
I have 7.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner in Banking.
Currently in EY working on lending transformation projects. Designing customer journeys and PO role for implementation.
It would be really nice if anyone can refer me in thier organization for similar role.
Deloitte PwC JPMorgan Chase Bank of America Wells Fargo
Anyone joining Deloitte India on 19th September
Top consulting firms right there!!

I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

Industry and then bounce back to Consulting if it was any what you want. A SD role can easily set you up in the long run.
Very fair thanks for your insights
I would prefer offer 1 for wlb reasons. Unless you are passionate for sales, offer 2/3 wont make you happy much long

Yea, I came from industry to consulting and probably headed back to industry soon. Been here for 3 years now, so long enough to have a well informed opinion for myself. Not a fan of sales personally.

Hate is definitely too strong a word; I actually enjoy quite a few aspects of the work here. Lots of smart and talented people, lots of variety because projects are new and different every time, we stay at the edge of what’s happening in tech, etc. It’s just the aspect of having to continuously sell more and more and more; that pressure never ends. And it takes away from the aspects of the job that I do enjoy.
Hope that helps.

Pharma. The TC will end up being much higher than you listed
Hard disagree. You need pharma vp for 500k+, vs 2 years at AP to make P and hit 500-1M
What’s your current YOE, age, role? Is offer 3 your current role/promotion? If none of these is your current role, but you are in consulting elsewhere, offer 1 can help you get some good industry experience under your belt. Consulting doors are always open for strong industry veterans.
YOE 14, age 35, none of these are my current role; current role is also in industry
OP, what did you end up deciding?
Would love to chat more via DM about why as I look towards securing similar options. However the system says your account is unavailable to chat. You comfortable DMing me or you can provide a burner, if easier?
