Anyone working on Raymond James(RJ) client?
Hello, I'm looking at a position within Paypal. My question, what is the work life balance, expectation for office (hybrid/remote/other) and is the pay comparable to other companies? Reviewing Director and Senior Director roles on the business side. I have over 15 years experience with multiple degrees. TIA!

Sorry to hear about this OP, can emphatize with your situation.
Harsh truth is, your manager is probably under similar pressures and is figuring out how to deliver the outcome with fewer resources as well. It may not seem like it, but chances are she / he / they are very grateful for your continued quality of work.
However, unless you voice your displeasure and negotiate for a change or some sort of recognition, it's going to continue as per status quo. This is because your manager has many others things on their plate and stopping to reflect on how you're doing is likely to fall through the cracks.
You should propose a sit-down and discuss everything openly. How you're feeling, how you need a break and set specifics around how you would be rewarded for this burst of work and when it will end. Then based on that discussion, decide whether you can accept the outcome or if you should just bounce out of there.
This is a hard convo to have especially when you're still very junior. The trap of an insecure overachiever, not wanting to stir the pot and doing what's needed to do well. But trust me, as a manager I would want my juniors to tell me these things proactively so we can solve it together vs. losing you in the process.
Hope for the best for you. ❤️

That’s a joke that an analyst is even expected to do any of this
Me too
My coach is willing to talk to my project leads about it but I don’t want to hurt myself in a promotion year. The only thing I know is that my project will burn down if I don’t keep this up because of the lack of bodies
Sounds like it’s gonna burn not you’re problem
How should I play this?
