I’ve progressed fast without MBA to this point, and MBA hires come in to my firm as Seniors which is below my level (appreciate they get paid more). I want to transition to industry. Is there value in me doing a MBA? I have no debt, so would be nervous taking on so much in student loans but I am trying to play the long game here. Have you seen experienced consulting managers do MBAs? Am I too late?!
