EY folks that have successfully transferred from audit internally into SaT - what is the success rate of receiving an offer to transfer after completing a rotation? Was accepted into the EYP rotations this summer but I'm also in the middle of an application process at another B4. My preference would be to stay and I surprisingly don't mind doing another busy season in audit, but was curious at the actual return rate post-rotations

Desperately looking to leave big 4.. want to get into PM, business analyst or scrum roles. Where do I start ? Who wants to help look at my resume ?

Been working on mostly (about 70%) public sector policy and strategy at Big 4 for most of my career. Often go up against MBB on RFPs and have a decent win rate. Would I be too senior to come in as a lateral hire? I guess it’s all about client networks at this level, and being government, it’s locationally dependent - so which markets have need?

I have gathered that aside from MBB, ACN pays their employees the most and pretty significantly more than big 4. Jumping 🚢 A$AP.

Is it generally common for Big 4 to try to get you to join a level lower?

Has anyone in big 4 asked for a transfer to a different country? (I.e Canada). Currently debating whether I should transfer with the firm or apply for express entry myself.

Got a verbal offer from a big 4 a month ago, discussed salary expectations 3 weeks ago, still no offer letter. Firm has to let me know it should be coming soon. Are these normal timelines?

I am an Audit S1 that wants to work in a B4 Forensics practice. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Or should I stay in Audit and wait for B4 Forensics positions to open up? Please let me know your thoughts!

Why do the Big 4 Indian firms compete with their offshore entities and poach projects from international clients? Don't think the offshore entities try for projects from Indian clients.

EY India seems to be aggressively trying to eat into the business of GDS in Consulting.

Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. Should I inform the other firm that I already accepted a later internship with a B4 firm or keep it to myself until the internship is over? They are totally different positions and I wanted to have some experience with both but worry they will take it wrong.

Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .

FYI : checkpoint is starting r&d division in India I will be first person to be hired for the same role.

Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .

I think KPMG has a pretty good training and onboarding process for new FDD hires (Lakehouse bootcamp, reading and training materials for review, and the shadow program). How’s onboarding and training looking like for PwC / EY / Deloitte?
