Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops. Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co. I have a “commitment to an offer” at 150-170k from a BB. They said they can’t give me the offer until Feb/March until they ramp up their current hires and figure out their budget, but the HM said the best thing I can do is to get another offer to use as leverage.

I’m about to receive an offer from a different company at 100-115k. Would much rather work at the BB (better company/position). Is it even worth me bringing this offer to use as leverage, or is the salary discrepancy too much?
