EY S&O reached out to me. I understand this is the new Parthenon, correct? Would comp align with Parthenon? This would be a manager level role.

Curious, I'm being looked at for this as well. I'm not familiar with Parthenon though.

Oops that’s much smaller than I thought ! My first year out of MBA I had a sign on of 30 and year end of 60 Base at the time was at market (155)

EY S&O is a combination of the legacy OTS group and Parthenon. The S (strategy) is Parthenon. The O (operations) is OTS and other TAS groups. There’s also the decision modeling and economics group that now falls within strategy.

Has anyone successfully made the career move from an HR specialization to an HRBP role? If so, how? I have been working for 7 years in a very niche HR specialization and while I wear many hats on the HR team, I feel like this is hard to express to recruiters or even get an interview for an HRBP role. My niche area has really burnt me out, as it’s very political and I want to expand my horizons. I am already working on completing my GPHR certification. Any other tips?

Hi All, I need some suggestions. I am currently working in a Big 4 post my MBA from tier 2 IIM college as consultant but the work is pure PMO work which I am doing right now. I am completely confused about my career track and have no idea whether the PMO work will help me or not in long run. Not sure about the exit opportunities from this role? And what if I keep doing this pmo work, where will I land up? I wish to transit into a product manager or may be program manager role.

Ad agency designer desperately looking for an out but I have a possible new job opportunity. Career suicide taking an in-house healthcare job? Especially if role focuses more on growth & performance over design?

Should I be concerned for my career with lack of billable projects? Background: Analyst hired out of undergrad in July 2020. I have worked on 3 proposals in the last 2 weeks, and 5 in the last 2 months. In the past year since I was hired, I have 8 months of billable work which is actually slightly higher than the other Analysts I joined with. Should I keep collecting paychecks and hoping for projects, or is this a serious issue that should prompt an exit strategy?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
