I was interviewed today at TCS. How much time it takes to declare the result?

Spoke to another B4 about an open role. Got the conversation through networking and mutual connections. After a few chats the Partner said HR will reach out to me. Anyone know if this means formal interviews are next or if they may extend an offer?

I have experience in Java Support for 5 YOE. I am not having expertise in Java development but understand the language. I was part of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
The HR relationship manager was Deepa Vishwanathan. I resigned in May two years back and last working day was in Aug after serving three months notice.
However, due to error on human resource part they updated record as last working date in May. So whenever I was applying for any position there was mismatch in last working day mentioned in my resume and in human resource records with Kotak. Does it have impact on my profile not getting shortlisted?

Was told I would be receiving an offer letter after having a call this morning with a company I interviewed at but still haven’t received the letter yet. Is it typical to not receive an offer letter immediately after being told I’m being offered the job? If so about how long should I allow to receive it? Only reason I’m wondering is because I’d like to give my current employer plenty of notice before I leave (3 weeks if I can)

Any tips on dealing with male colleagues who dominate meetings? It’s a strange dynamic but a man who had been interim media director before I was hired has just returned from FMLA leave, and now he’s back and I’m his boss, in the position he wanted. I think he’s trying very hard to assert himself and his value on the team, but it comes across as pushy and obnoxious. I’ve worked hard to turn the culture at work around and now it feels like he’s pushing it back in the other direction.
