Favorite Questions for a project with an agency that you’re close to landing?

Trying to create a handy list of things to ask that demonstrate a proactive mindset. Here are some obvious starters but any thoughtful additions?

1. What’s the team makeup?
2. What’s the client relationship been like to date?
3. How is the client gauging success for this project?
4. Would I be client facing or behind the scenes?

Accepted offer to join F500. Start in 2 weeks. Dream FAANG role reached out for interview. How do I handle this? They do not know I accepted industry offer. If I get through process and FAANG role makes me an offer they will see I have been at a new job (that I didn’t disclose) for a ~month in the background check, will this hurt me? How do I handle this..

Anyone else hate case studies. I understand what they are trying to assess, but I don’t feel they are the best measurement of ones ability to problem solve. I don’t have a solution though, so I’m really just complaining.

Appeared for KPMG interview 45 days back. HR is intentionally delaying offer release. Done with 2nd round of interview in last week of July. My Lwd is in oct first week. She took documents on 23rd Aug and did salary discussion a week later. And giving shitty excuses like waiting for approval. Approver is on leave bla bla. I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down.
