Feeling really frustrated. Interviewed twice for a Data Engineer role; all rounds went well and feedback was positive, yet no offer. I genuinely want to contribute and put in real effort through preparation, networking, and follow-ups, but it still feels like hiring depends more on referrals or vendor alignment. Trying to stay hopeful—maybe it’s just naseeb mein nahi. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
