Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Don't try too hard. PPMDs (and most people in general) find over-prepared and over-eagered practitioners unauthentic and frankly hard to converse with. Share an example of previous work that had measurable achievements
Some ask for your elevator pitch. I'd keep it simple. For example - "I'm hard working and willing to put in the work to help the team succeed. I'm open to learning from others and focus on continually improving myself and those around me."
