Anyone from EY i require a referral
Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

I had the red carpet virtual interview with AlixPartners last week on Friday but haven't heard anything yet. How long does it normally take to hear back from recruiting team? Also, I haven't had a psychologist interview set yet even though I completed my psychology assessments. Is it a red flag that I wasn't invited for an interview with a psychologist? What’s their M&A strategy? Are they a serial acquirer? Do they have a history of acquisitions? Are the developing a strategy? Do they just need execution work? Would you be managing any of the above? Utilizing external teams?
D1/D2- Where can I learn on researching targets or sizing the market. I believe this will be helpful too. Their target market is very niche from my understanding. Any pointers/resources or websites will be appreciated.
^you should know all of this already. Focus the interview on the CEO, ask questions about what HIS vision is, how you/M&A Team fit into that strategy, what challenges he anticipates, what challenges he’s currently facing and what you could do to alieve those. Also do your research and prep a few thoughtful questions about the company’s M&A strategy or history. If a merger failed, ask what he thinks went wrong and how they’ve changed their approach since. If they started pivoting in another direction, ask about the strategy why, how it’s going so far and what they expect for the future. Use your time wisely to get CEO insight and bond with him/show him you’ll be an asset on his side, not for basic fact-finding you should already know. Good luck.
