Finding a full time role has been impossible. A year of applying, not a single interview. Are recruiters to blame? Hot take: recruiters have become gatekeepers where 800+ applicants are narrowed down to less than 5 to present to hiring teams and managers. Are they truly adept and equipped to be that filter even with AI and ATS help?

Most important question:

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.

Does anyone have family members who constantly demand money because they feel like you’re rich now because you’re a lawyer?
