Just reached final on-site round for a Senior Manager position in the logistics department. Role is for Amazon UK. Recruiter is asking me now for my expected compensation (base salary + total comp) via email. Any idea what to aim for?

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?

Does anyone else just not even want to be a people manager anymore?! The amount of work this is taking, I’m just so over it. In addition to them piling on my work (which is a full time job) the people management stuff is just as much a full time job that no one in management seems to take into account. I have tried countless times to explain this but I end up burnt out, everyone suffers including me. I just left one role bc of it and now this new role, same thing. I’m over it.

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. M/SM and above, why do you label a meeting as “touch point” or ask if you can have a “quick chat” when it’s something serious? Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. But at my new job, my boss asked for a “quick chat” to literally ask me to change the title of a meeting and then chat about christmas. Now that I’m in management, I want to understand it better.
