I know the feeling. After months of sending my resume, 150 fully tailored applications, I got one interview. Not even for a role that was a top priority but something I'd really glad to land. And after so much struggle it feels like a blessing to get an interview, but at the same time I also felt like a mess after months of just struggling and receiving rejection after rejection. The interview went well, as the recruiter told me. But the company refused to consider my resume for the next round... whatever that may mean in reality.
Yes, that's true... and it doesn't matter if you have the skills and experience; you have to nail 100% of the requirements and must have used the tools within the last couple of years.
All of that certainly helps, but don’t count yourself out if you don’t have all the requirements.
I believe that requirements are aspirational. Who says you can’t do the job if you have only 4 out of 5 requirements today? Maybe your last job didn’t need that 5th requirement.
In our business, you’re learning new technology all the time anyway so why wouldn’t you just learn on the job. I also believe that interviews are dynamic. If you have the right personality fit for the team, the requirements list doesn’t matter. If the hiring team likes you, they do what they can to make it work.
Go apply and good luck!

First of all, congratulations! Don’t sweat it, if they’re having actual people call you then I’m sure they value real humanity and are totally comfortable with things being imperfect. When it’s AI and you have to be absolutely on the ball, that’s where I worry.
