Y’all I just need to vent real quick as my husband is gone for the week several time zones away and I’m alone. This late second trimester heartburn is unreal! I’ve never really had heartburn before but holy shit! I find myself pacing and feeling sick to my stomach because of it, unable to focus on anything else, and then I’m drained because all my energy is spent focusing on just this pain. Just venting. My husband is so much into watching his tv show that he is not at all interested in planning the baby shower or even in making the registry. It just feels that I am doing everything right now and his priorities are just around watching his TV show. Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. How much did you all pay for the 20 week ultrasound out of pocket? My 12 week ultrasound cost me $600 so I am guessing the 20 week one would be even more expensive. I have the high deductible plan from United healthcare.

I was two weeks late for my period and was going to take a pregnancy test this weekend. However this morning I felt cramps and had a little bleeding..... I still have some mild cramps that go in and out. I'm so scared... Would a test be accurate? Could I have miscarried? I did message my doctor but they're closed until next week.

Looking to find a new dr as we start trying to conceive this spring, but know we will be moving a few hours away at the end of next year.
