I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. I have a manager level interview coming up. Cloud DevOps role. YOE: 11. Current CTC: 19. Already holding an offer for 36. Do you guys think EY GDS will match it. I am planning to play it safe by not revealing counter offer figure to manager, but later reveal it to HR during salary discussion. Is this a good strategy. Anyone here joined EY GDS recently
