Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.

Glad you're safe OP
Crap OP, that is terrible. The hope you are taking it easy today and calling all your loved ones.
Was about to land in San Diego when crosswind was above acceptable limit last month. Pilot pulled up literally a few feet from landing. Circled around with bad turbulence for 20 minutes, until the pilot had to land (no choice, no more fuel left) even when the crosswind didn't die down. Still alive, puts things in perspective too. 😊
Great to hear you landed safely OP. Just curious when you say the pilot put out the fire, was that a figure of speech or was there an actual fire in the cabin? Either way that sounded very frightening and definitely resets perspectives.
Glad you are ok too!
K1, the class acts that are called Delta pilots didn't share any specifics. all we know was that they the situation was "contained" by one pilot while the other pilot continued flying the plane. my jaw just dropped.
EY1, that sounds just as scary.
I'm glad you are both ok. EY1, remember the plane carrying the Brazilian soccer team that crashed in Colombia? I think the plane ran out of fuel because ATC didn't give them priority to land/made them circle around. Now I could be wrong but I'm glad ATC landed you both safely
Thanks P1! And yes glad you're ok OP. Interestingly, OP, my pilots didn't give an explanation at all until we landed as well. I'd like to think they were 100% focused on landing the plane.
However, there was this very chatty older stewardess who kept on saying "well, this never happened before,", "wow the pilots haven't said anything yet?", "have we turned around yet or are we still headed to the ocean?" (She was strapped in her backward-facing stewardess seat so couldn't see the window). Her commentaries certainly made me more worried!
And P1, I didn't know they ran out of fuel! Landing in excessive crosswind wasn't safe either, I felt the plane shake sideways and maybe we could've toppled sideways as well!
Yea my understanding is that they were low on fuel, weather was bad, so ATC made them circle around, but they didn't have enough fuel to circle around so they crashed
