Folks, has anyone completed the Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from KGS? Wanted some insights

What makes you want to learn yet another programming framework / library / language besides the stack at work?

In terms of WLB and less stressful job, which one is better? to move in management role or stay in technical after having 11 yrs of experience.

A relative of mine passed out in CSE in 2012 with 80% but never worked before. She is looking to start her career now... Can anyone guide or suggest how to go about it ... Since most openings are freshly out of college graduates only.

I'm currently working as ETL tester @ Infosys, 5Yoe, cctc: 6.5
Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?

I’m a student majoring in Software Engineering. I’m starting my third year in a few months and have an internship where I’m learning more about working with an actual team on real-world projects. I had two rounds of discussion (more than a month ago) and the recruiter informed me that they’ll be scheduling the HR discussion and then be rolling out the offer.

It has been two weeks now and I haven’t heard from the recruiter nor has my HR discussion been scheduled.

The recruiter does not answer my calls or reply to e-mails.
