Folks, I was retired in November 2020 as part of Cisco’s pandemic anticipation purge. I got a decent severance package though I would have preferred to continue for a few years. I was a manager and I could never get an answer to this question about Cisco policies. At our satellite location (Fulton, MD) we never received adequate raise pools to keep up with inflation and the job market. After 5 years, my top performers (top 10%) were easily 15% below market rates. Is that only for remote locs?
