1 . Getting an offer with less hike and counteroffering to present and other company
2. Not agreeing in the initial call itself with the CTC offered by recruiter , and recruiter is not getting ahead for interviews after this

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp. So that is the first reason and no new tech learning and project change happening with me. Also in last cycle they didn't give good rating bcoz i was asking for new project ..??

YOE : 7.8 i have an offer from IBM and HCL.
IBM : 18 fixed + 1 JB HCL : 21 ( 18 fixed + 1lakh approx (monthly variable) + 2 lakh Annual variable ) . Now i have a discussion pending with Robert Bosch , What should i quote ! Which will be better for job security and work life and overall career growth .
