Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

Yup, to my knowledge that kind of data is pretty commonly available across the country.
I know here in Virginia it's available, and just based on the spamish mail I get from annoying voting advocacy groups before every election, it's wrong info. In the past three cycles, I've been informed that I'm registered under a different party and haven't voted in several elections (I have).
That aside, what does this have to do with this bowl?
I am new in this country. I don’t see the need for this level of transparency in Europe. Look at the amount of information that is being made available for (almost) free to access! In digital solutions don’t we consider name and address of families private?
Makes sense. Thank you for the insight.
