For D365 hiring I find PwC’s way of giving offers quite strange. First, they conduct the interview process without disclosing their budget or salary range. After confirming selection, they come back with an offer that is 20% less than my current salary. Even though I had clearly mentioned my expectations still chose to present such an offer.

My question is — why go through the interview and selection process if the offer doesn’t even match the candidate’s current salary, let alone expectations?

I have recently received an offer letter from PwC and have signed and accepted the offer (via Workday portal).
Now when I check the tasks against the job on workday, I can see no tasks pending and under completed tasks: a green tick against 'review and sign offer letter (step complete)' (and I can see the offer)
I am told that I would receive onboarding emails from HR, but I haven't yet.
My DoJ is in the fourth week of July. When do we generally expect these communications?
