Hi Team,
Hope you guys are doing well. I am planning to join Kyndryl on band 7b for cybersecurity domain. Want to know how is the environment there in terms of job security, wlb and hike? There are mixed reviews all over the places reg Kyndryl so posting here to get insight form you.Kyndryl Inc.
Also anything else you would like to add is good for me to decide as I have to choose between Accenture and Kyndryl (I was with Accenture and know what I will be getting and work there).

I’m only 26, but I can tell you one thing: there’s never enough energy no matter the age.
Right. Hahaha. I became a dad at 30 and it was such a challenge until now.
Reducing alcohol, sugar and having more protein and men’s supplements helps to have more energy, it’s physically daunting
I’m in my late 30s and my youngest is a toddler.
I feel more energetic as a parent now than I did when I became a dad at 29. I’m also highly caffeinated.
There’s biological age and there’s physical age. I’m committed to not slowing down.

Pick your moments to be active. You’ll never be able to fully keep up but if you can give them a few “moments” they’ll appreciate it. Also, don’t overeat, etc., but that is obvious

For me I’d say first 6 weeks, then around 6 months when teething and fussing begins and also around the time I can’t use my kid as an excuse for not getting work done or spending quality time with my wife
Don’t let the job own you. Make it a regular job then stay fit to be able to be at full speed regardless. One thing I did was make my life easier for working out and bought a Tonal. Stupid expensive but worth every penny to keep me in good shape.
Stay fir and healthy. Reduce alcoholic and smoking habits or even cut it. You are gonna need all the energy in the world to see and guide your kids growing up.
I'm only 27 and I don't have enough energy. Cutting back at work and giving more time to my family seems to help though.
