Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

If the economy is in a good spot + you have the network (so you can find project and get staffed) and you ignore your RM and update your own MySource, then it's doable. But come promotion time they will have issue with you not working in your OP and not promote you. So if you're working in another OP and you like it, you need to build a relationship with the PMD to sponsor your transfer, but this can only be done when the economy is good (when they dont have a heavy bench)
This is not true, transfers are possible in June, with usually shortlisting transfers happening in March, where your target team of partners will start conversation with old team.
The process would go along the lines of, network 6months in advance, try to do some BD for the team that you like or even better project work. Make it clear you want to transfer, it's a pull not push approach, so ensure there is a pull, and then make good with your current team and partner once you know you have a place to land.
