First, stop telling yourself that you actually want to do them. You currently "want to want to" do them.
Change the mentality to a habit, something that you *need* to do as part of your day. I never "want" to go to the gym, but I know I need to. I never "want" to eat healthy, but I know I need to.
It takes at least 2 months to form a habit, where your body will actually feel sluggish if you break the good habits of working out and eating well. What everyone else is saying is completely right, and it's what you'll need to get to that breaking point. Once you get past that, it gets easier.

I reframe stuff as "get to."
I don't have to work out in the morning. I get to work out in the morning.
I don't have to do dishes again. I get to keep a clean kitchen. Etc.
Trying to put a positive spin in it wrings out a little dopamine.
For me things have to be scheduled. I am not a gym rat and don’t just enjoy playing around with the equipment like I know what I’m doing. I signed up for workout classes because I like someone telling me where to go, what to do and how long to do it. I also like that I can pencil it into my day. I also plan out all my meals for the week (current and future) so I know what I need to buy at the grocery store. I’ve been too tired to read but I keep buying books. Baby steps I guess
Writing everything in a journal and planning it out your way would be the best way to get your things done!
Get someone to keep an eye and critique you

Time block your days to get stuff done. During that time block you’re only doing what you blocked that time for. Eating healthy is a lifestyle, you need to strike a balance that makes you feel good and satisfied, not deprived.
Record it on a hard copy of calendar pasted on a wall in front of you!

I block time off and just do what I want. Sometimes the blocks of time to do something else are as short as 10-15 mins
