Hi all! I’m looking to connect with folks who either work at Coinbase or have interviewed recently for the Business Operations and Strategy Manager or similar role. I am looking to schedule my first interview which I believe is a consulting style case. So any details you can provide, I am all ears. The next interview will be a presentation. Again if you have any experience/advice on this, I’m ready to listen.
Thanks in advance! Help me escape Deloitte pleaseeee. I want this job sooo much!

I use bottom watering a lot for seed starts and for seedlings, not very often for bigger plants. However, if there's an intense heat wave in the summer what I'll do with container plants is what I've heard as the plunge method. You fill a large bucket or tub of water and put the entire pot in the water. I mostly have terra cotta pots and it works great, some water comes up from the bottom hole and some will seep in through the sides. I'll leave a plant in the tub for a half hour and make sure it really gets a drink. But, again, that's only when it's ridiculously hot and containers are drying out quickly.
For your seedlings do you use a seeding tray or a regular small pot? Thank you

I put the pots in a tray and add water to the tray until it's about an inch deep. I take the pots out once I see the soil at the top getting darker.
I only do this with fairly small pots

If it's that dry already, it may take some effort to re-wet the potting mix. Once that's done it'll get a lot quicker!
SO what I do and what I have found to work best on my plants that prefer bottom watering is filling up the sink with water and putting those plants in there for about twenty or so minutes and then taking them out. I do that once a week and they soak up what they need and then are good for the week.
How do you determine if your plant prefers bottom watering?
