For those who have completed their PERM filing at Deloitte, does the firm do something called shared recruitment campaign for DOL job posting approval and job advertisement? I heard that makes the PERM process faster because you are using another employee’s recruitment campaign which is already in progress for this new filing. It saves you like 6 months!
