For those who have completed their PERM filing at Deloitte, does the firm do something called shared recruitment campaign for DOL job posting approval and job advertisement? I heard that makes the PERM process faster because you are using another employee’s recruitment campaign which is already in progress for this new filing. It saves you like 6 months! Please let me know if you experienced anything around this. Thank you!

Hello !! my PWD is in progress and im due for promotion this year (level IV to Level V) my designation would also change but not responsibilities. Will this affect my PWD or PERM process. I reached out to BAL and they said if role/responsibilities change ill have to start from first. Does change of desination mean change of role ?

I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?
