What type of consulting?
Congrats on the sweet setup
Bowl Leader
Holy. Great job!! That’s amazing.
Awesome! How did you end up establishing yourself with a client base?
So basically, from the end client's perspective, we're employees of another consulting firm.
Sweet! I would love to learn about your setup!
Feel free to DM!
Need a recruiter ? 10+ yrs experience, 3 yrs in staffing agency and 7+ in consulting
let us know when you’re taking on FTEs!
Honestly, I don't think I'll ever go down that model. We'll see though!
You had better look at the law on classification of employee vs. independent contractor.
Nice comp... I wanted to leave you with a tip since you are the owner and probably want to do things correctly...
The IRS, DOL, unemployment, etc. all have their own rules on what constitutes an independent contractor.
If you get audited and misclassifications were found, you could have substantial liability sitting at your front door. Dol link below. DOL is really pushing compliance with this recently in my experience.

The state I live in uses the ABC test (most other states do too). High chances your workers fail the ABC test
A... Direction & control
B... place or course of business
C... independently established.

Thanks for the tip! I actually feel confident my employees pass the ABC test though, and I do have CPAs and lawyers that have confirmed I'm doing everything by the book.
I’m open to working as a contractor
