We have been hearing layoff news almost every month for the past 6-8 months, especially in India office.... but these numbers tell a completely different story. I haven't seen any new hiring in my team in the past 1 year, nor in any adjacent teams. What do you think about these numbers?

Intl Tax folks, how long did it take before you were confident in your role?
