It’s personal so I think choice is yours. I’ve been in Gartner as a bachelor and now married. It’s great in terms of having a life alongside work. But if you’re chasing comp at the moment, then don’t join. Cos appraisals aren’t great.
So spend some time building your package and then come over.
At least I’m planning on leaving but definitely hope to return a few years down the lane.
