gave an interview today at Adobe for a platform engineer role.
An oldy came who had been in the org for around 20 years. spent just 10 min asking me crashloopbackoff and howd i resolve it. after that went completely off and started asking me stacks LIFO FIFO problems and python code.
Even though this was not what the role requires, but still i solved it.
In the end asked me why frequent switches and then rejected me based on the switches.
when will these oldies retire man😭

Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂
