Literally the dumbest post of the year.
I totally support the strike, and I'm surprised by the lack of response. The idea of the strike is to force people with power to think about the direction the country is headed and make a change. If their deals cannot get done or if stuff is disrupting business, then they'll make some phone calls. Such change is overdue by 10 years, but better late than never. Also, are there any attys in Minneapolis that have feelings about this? Something tells me they would be receptive to this.

That's what we have elections for, buddy, and as Barack once said, "Elections have consequences."
I support this in principle, but the problem here is that there is no solidarity with the cause amongst the ranks. Clients will just take their business to other firms or elsewhere at a firm. You have to build consensus before moving directly to a strike or you will accomplish nothing but getting fired.
Can you just call in sick? You can be subtle while taking a stand.
