Coaching leader on factors influencing KPIs.
I had a chat with my business partner, and he’s said the team is complaining about the KPIs that are too far of a stretch.
I then suggested him to unpack that a bit more. When one is not hitting their KPIs, there could be many factors.
My initial view is that it could be true but we also have to look at CAPABILITY, TECHNOLOGY, WAYS OF WORKING etc before assuming our KPI is not set up right.
What is your approach in this scenario?

As posted in Women in Law, a handy tip on how to colour code your outlook inbox:
(1) go to “View” tab
(2) select “View Settings”
(3) select “Conditional Formatting”
(4) select “Add” and name e.g. “Urgent”
(5) select “Font” and choose e.g.
- effects: underline
- colour: Red
- font style: bold
- size: Big
(6) select “Condition” and navigate to “More Choices”.
(7) select “Categories” and choose one.
Assign an email with that category and it’ll change colour!
