Genuine question for those who have successfully gotten offers or landed interviews post-consulting (congrats btw!): what would you say is the best way going about finding those roles? I've applied to considerable amount on LinkedIn for quite some time now, though for nearly all I get either radio silence or don't get to interview. The only ones I've gotten interviews for are those where the recruiter directly reached out via LinkedIn DM.

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
